Why Does My Body Hurt?

Chronic pain is a million dollar problem. Here are a few facts about chronic pain.

Chronic Pain Costs more than $635 Billion dollars a year (American Health & Drug Benefits

Back pain is the most common form (Pain Doctor)

70% of chronic pain sufferers are women (Harvard Health Publishing)

50% of adults suffer from chronic headaches (World Health Organization)

Pain is very real. I am not going to try to simplify this too much especially if you have been suffering from pain for a long time but if there is any way to lessen the pain. Is it worth learning about?

There are some steps to take in the journey to relieve the pain, but it does take dedication and focus–a quality difficult to conjure up when hurting.

Pain can be due to:

Damaged tissues

Nutritional deficiency

Being emotionally locked in anger, shame, fear, etc

Poor circulation in the tissue

Toxins in the tissues

There’s much to unpack here, but one of the first things I would suggest is a detox.

What kind of pain are you experiencing and where in your body?

Why is Fat So Dangerous?

Symptoms of high blood sugars are dry mouth, thirst, blurred vision, and frequent urination?. These are signs of something going awry.

Some of the causes of high blood sugars are too little insulin, too much food, too much of the wrong kinds of fat, illness, stress, and infections.

At the first sign of trouble your pancreas is strong enough to dump insulin into your blood and shuttle the sugar into two places for storage, your muscle and your liver and other tissues to be used, like your brain.

If the causes of high blood sugars do not change, the body will start to rebel.  Your liver can get to a point where it cannot store any more sugar / glycogen and so it is going to start to package the extra sugar/glucose into fat cells. That’s fat — around your abdomen, liver and muscles.  Lab work says-elevated triglycerides. As this fat coats your cells, the sugar can’t get in. Problem compounded.

These free floating sugar will now move into tissues that do not need a special gatekeeper (receptor) to get in–thus the problem with damage to the eyes, kidneys, and nerves of feet and hands.

If you feel like you are doing everything right and are still having troubles lowering the sugars, then it’s time to look at what’s happening at a deeper level. The body is amazing, but under chronic assaults, it will wear out. Repair is required for true health.  And yes the body can repair IF you start early enough.

Rejuvenation. That’s what I offer in my program. DM with any questions. Many people know this information, but the fact that we have 25 million diabetics in America tells me that not enough people  know.  Don’t assume. Please share this with any pre diabetes or T2 diabetic you know.

 What are your struggles?

Do you realize T2 diabetes can be reversed?

8 Signs of Diabetes

If you have two or more of these pre-diabetes symptoms you should seriously consider getting yourself checked out:
1) If you find you are excessively thirsty, not just after extreme exercise or hot weather.
2) You seem to constantly have a dry mouth – even if you’ve just had a drink.
3) You find you are having to urinate frequently.
4) You have unexpected weight loss or gain (even though you may be constantly hungry and eating well. Of course, you may be eating the wrong things which would probably make your pre-diabetes symptom worse).
5) You feel lethargic. You always feel as if you’ve got no energy; you are weak and tired all the time.
6) Sometimes your vision  is blurry – be careful, untreated eye problems caused through diabetes can lead to blindness. You should have regular eye checks, especially as you get older because your eyes can be the early warning signal for many diseases – not just diabetes.
7) You have cuts or sores or bruises (especially on your feet) that are slow to heal.
8) If you experience excessive itching or soreness in the genital area or yeast infections (which can be misdiagnosed as thrush) it may be a sign of too much sugar in your urine.
If you have any of these symptoms, please go get checked. The sooner the better. But let me leave you with hope—IF you do have diabetes, I am here as a source to help you conquer it. Get back with me and we will work together to beat this thing!

Are you Snubbing Your Nose at Diabetes?

Most people know that diabetes is a serious condition, but surprisingly there are some that still ignore their symptoms until it’s too late. Please don’t  do that.

Diabetes is the 3rd leading cause of death in the US and the leading cause of blindness, kidney failure, and amputation. I’ve lost relatives to this disease!

The program I offer will educate women 45-60  to understand the disease process and to know what it will take to help the body to recover.

One of the simplest things to do to lower blood sugars is to exercise, but more specifically to do weight training.

A few baseline understandings: Normal blood sugar is 70-100 mg/dl. It is normal for it to fluctuate during the day even for a healthy individual. The lowest point of sugar levels occurs around 2 AM. Doing pushups even when you maybe wake up with a dropping blood sugar will release glycogen-helping your sugar levels.

During exercise the muscle burns your sugars/ glucose a  20 times greater rate than when you’re resting. During  exercising insulin secretion decreases. Is that a good thing? Yaaaasss!

That’s an excellent thing.

As I stated previously a major problem comes when you wear out the beta cells in your pancreas releasing this insulin hormone. Then you will need to take insulin in order to substitute for what your pancreas cannot do anymore. So it is very good news  for the muscles to take over burning the sugar.

Does  that make sense?

Any pre-diabetic or diabetic should be doing weight training. It’s a necessity.

cancer, health, diabetes treatments

Being Healthy Under a Rigged System

Do you realize that the cancer industry is one of the most lucrative areas of treatment? The drugs for this cost $10000 to $30000 per month. Yet there are wise practitioners that have been treating and curing cancer with just foods and herbs  for years—a less expensive option. It’s the fearmongering that keeps people stuck in the current system of care.

Think about the people you trust to “keep you healthy”. The hospital systems are in the top 10 most profitable industries in 2020.
They profit off of our lack of understanding of how to take care of our bodies.
They profit off of our laziness–we don’t want to exercise–the number one way to prevent disease.
They profit off of our taste buds. We rather take a pill than change what we eat to improve our health.
They profit off of our preferences to drink sodas, coffee, and energy drinks. and the poisoned water sources so now we have to pay for water.
Do you get the picture?

We each day make many pharmaceutical companies rich by taking their pills that are designed to keep us dependent.

So who’s responsible for keeping you healthy?

You are your own best doctor. In my 90 day program you will learn to understand the cause of T2 diabetes, natural treatments, and how to eliminate most if not all of the medications meant to keep you dependent. Contact me for more information.
